Construction System:

TECNOPANEL is a seismic-resistant and thermally-insulating construction system, based on a set of corrugated expanded polystyrene panels with basic reinforcement made up of highly resistant steel meshes and corrugated bars applied to its surfaces and linked together with electrically soldered steel connectors. 

The planning flexibility and simplicity of installation permit the use of all types of construction technology, from detached housing to high rise buildings and also allows for combination with other construction systems, both traditional and non-traditional. It has been conceived as an open system.

These panels, fitted on site as the walls, dividing walls and floors of your project are finished, also on site, by applying pneumatic pressure-applied concrete..

In this way the panels constitute the vertical and horizontal structural elements of a building, the structural function of which is calculated according to the Structural concrete regulations (EHE) and other compulsory regulations applicable in Spain or in the country where the system is to be used.

The system is one of ‘fluid’ joints, since the join between the various elements of the system is continuous. Therefore there are no horizontal or vertical joints once the concrete has been applied.
